Jete: Ítrabo - Virgen de Bodíjar

This route explores the area between Jete and Itrabo. The route is 11.3km long, has an elevation of 379m and takes about 4 hours to complete.

LONG DESCRIPTION
This walk mainly follows tracks and passes through areas of fruit groves. The eating point at the Ermita de la Virgen de Bodíjar is very comfortable and it is possible to sit down in the entrance to the chapel. The chapel is secured by a piece of string. The path down from the top path is not very clear. If you see a chain across the path you know you are on the right track.

Can you pay in cash: Half the reason for charging is so that we can raise money for a worthy charity . The other half of the reason for charging is that people put their name down for walks without the intention of actually doing the walk and never turn up. Charging in advance is a way of avoiding this.

Can you come without signing up: Everything has its price. If you arrive without signing up we would accept 10 euros per person payed in cash. We only accept notes. We have no change.
